TRUNK CHARACTERISTICS.
The trees do not exceed heights of 15-20 metres with a diameter, that at breast height, varies from 30 to 40 cm. The shape of trunks is often regular with straight textures.
WOOD APPEARANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS.
The sapwood is white with yellowish shades and the heartwood is brown with reddish shades.
